There is no Bell Curve grade moderation in maths PSLE!

We used to think that if the PSLE papers are tough, along with an overall poor student performance, the grades would be adjusted accordingly due to a bell curve. Likewise, if the PSLE papers is easy and an exceptional number of students do well, the students grades will also be adjusted. We were wrong.
